Spring Yoga Beach Retreat @ Rehoboth

Join us for a special spring yoga beach retreat for 3 days and 2 nights at the beautiful Avenue Inn and Spa in Rehoboth Beach! The Beautiful Studio: Yoga & meditation will be held at the beautiful Soulfire Collective Yoga Studio in Rehoboth Beach, DE (176 Rehoboth Ave (2nd Floor) Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971). The moonlight meditation series will be held Saturday evening on the beach under the stars (weather permitting) ... Sunday's closing yoga experience and wrap-up will be held on the beach (weather permitting)... if Mother Nature decides it's best to go indoors, we will hold these two outside beach activities in the comfort of the Studio :)

What's Included: Yoga, meditation, Happy Hour** (wine, cheese & crackers), Breakfast**, Fresh baked cookies** for a nighttime snack before bed. ** These are included with your stay at The Avenue Inn.

Not Included: Lodging, Transportation to & from Rehoboth (it's a 2.5 hour drive away from Catonsville). We can help arrange carpools - just ask! Lunch, Dinner, and alcohol outside of the Avenue Inn Happy Hour.

Lodging Options: If you need a place to stay during the yoga & mediation retreat, you can book a private room at The Avenue Inn. If you're on a budget, you can bring friends and share a room or we can introduce you to a new friend (we draw good people :) Of course if you have a place in Rehoboth, you're welcome to stay there and commute to the retreat each day.
